Question: What are the building hours?
Answer: Building hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Access is available on weekends or after normal business hours by use of a building access card or with pre-approved clearance by an authorized customer contact.
Question: How do you request overtime air conditioning?
Answer: Fax the After Hours Air Conditioning/Heating request form to the appropriate building Customer Center (Phase I: 713.965.2950, or Phase II: 713.965.2973). Or after hours, customer authorized personnel may call 713.965.2931 or 713.621.2331 and request the service.
Question: I lost my parking card, what do I do?
Contact Standard Parking at 713.965.2980.
Question: Can I reserve a parking space?
Answer: Contact Standard Parking at 713.965.2980. Your lease may designate how many reserved and unreserved spaces are available to your company and where you may park. Standard Parking can help you with these questions.
Question: Who do I call for an after hours escort to my car?
Answer: You can reach Security by calling 713.621.2331 or 713.965.2931. They will come to your location and escort you to your car at any of the Greenway Plaza managed garages or surface lots.
Question: What is the procedure for moving furniture or equipment in and out of the building?
Answer: During business hours, the service elevator may not be used by any company or vendor exclusively. Call the appropriate building Customer Center for moving procedures and to schedule move times (Phase I: 713.965.2913, or Phase II: 713.965.2212).
Question: Who do I call for building issues? (i.e., lights out, too hot/cold, spills).
Answer: Call the appropriate building Customer Center (Phase I: 713.965.2913, or Phase II: 713.965.2212) and they will direct your request to the appropriate parties. Additionally, service requests can be placed electronically through our ROSS (Responsive On-Site Solutions) work order system, by clicking the ROSS button in the menu to the left on every page of this site. Management personnel are available to review the procedures with our customers.
Question: Who is the Property Manager for my building? Where do they office? What buildings do they manage from that office?

Question: Who do I call if we have a medical emergency?
Answer: First call 911, give the reason for the call and your location. Next call the appropriate building Customer Center (Phase I: 713.965.2913, or Phase II: 713.965.2212). They will help insure the emergency personnel have ease of access to the emergency area on property.
Question: Are bike racks available if I want to ride my bike to work?
Answer: Bike Racks are available throughout Greenway Plaza for the convenience of customers who cycle to work.
