Crystal Service Award
The Greenway Plaza Crystal Service Award is given for consistent excellence in job performance, creative or innovative approaches or ideas that lead to higher standards of customer service or extraordinary results in other areas as measured by standards applying to employees in the immediate peer group. Recipients of the Crystal Service Award automatically become candidates for Greenway Plaza's Employee of the Year Award.

2010 Employee of the Year - Alejandro Hernandez
Alejandro has continually shown excellence in his spirit of team work, a great attitude toward his job, co-workers and customers, his job knowledge and customer service. Alejandro has received many compliments from customers for his professionalism, courtesy and follow through.

Jim Langford
Jim is an important and un-mistakable member of the Greenway Plaza Team. He is dedicated to Greenway and excels in both internal and external customer service going above and beyond with identifying issues, coordinating the fix and following through to the end. Jim is a great team player.

Vanessa Perry
Though Vanessa is a fairly new employee she has the spirit of a long time dedicated employee. Vanessa provides excellent customer service, has a very positive attitude, is extremely knowledgeable and performs her job with professionalism. She is dependable and always willing to help anyone who needs it.

Donna Ross
Donna is an exemplary employee in every area exhibiting continual excellence in customer service (both external and internal), teamwork, and performance. She is a knowledgeable individual that performs her responsibilities with professionalism and integrity.
